Shipping Policy

As Güneydoğu Bilgisayar ve Yazılım, we are committed to delivering our customers their products quickly, safely and without any problems. Our shipping policy below provides information about the shipping, delivery time and transportation conditions of the products you order.

1. 📦 Shipping Area

• We offer technical service, on-site installation and delivery services to Adıyaman center and its districts.

• Products are sent to all cities in Türkiye by cargo.

• Our software services and digital deliveries are offered online throughout Türkiye and abroad.

2. ⏱️ Delivery Time

• Products in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

• For special order systems and configurations, delivery time may take 5-7 business days.

• Software, licenses and digital services are delivered via email, usually the same day after payment.

3. 🚚 Shipping Companies

Orders are shipped through reliable cargo companies that we have agreements with:
📦 Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, Sürat Kargo etc.

The tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and e-mail after the product is shipped.

4. 💸 Shipping Fees

• Technical service and on-site deliveries within Adıyaman are free of charge under certain conditions.

• Free shipping is applied throughout Türkiye for purchases of 3000 TL and above.

• For orders under 3000 TL, a fixed shipping fee is automatically specified in the basket in the system.

5. 📦 Packaging and Damage Control

• All our products are carefully packaged and protected with shock absorbing material.

• It is recommended that you check the package before receiving it during cargo delivery.

• Do not accept damaged, opened or crushed packages without keeping a report.

6. ❌ Undeliverable Orders

• If the recipient cannot be reached at the address specified by the cargo company, the order will be kept at the branch for 3 days.

• If the buyer does not receive the product, the order is returned to our company and the customer is contacted again.

• In this case, the reshipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

7. 🌐 Digital Deliveries

• Custom software, license, e-book, training or similar digital products are delivered via email, WhatsApp or custom user panel after payment.

• There is no shipping process for digital deliveries.
