Return policy

As Güneydoğu Bilgisayar ve Yazılım, we adopt the principle of keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with the product or service you purchased, you can easily start the process within the framework of the return and cancellation conditions below.

🖥️ 1. Physical Product Returns (Hardware and Accessories)

Return Period:

You can apply for a refund by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging, complete and unused.

• The product must be sent with its invoice, warranty certificate and all accessories.

• Devices that have been installed or whose software license has been activated are not included in the return scope.

• Custom-ordered products (customized case, software-loaded system, etc.) cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Fee:

• If the product is returned for a reason caused by our company (damaged, defective, wrong product, etc.), the shipping cost belongs to us.

• For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.

💾 2. Digital Product and Software Service Refund

Cancellation Period:

For custom software projects that are still in the development/analysis phase, you can request cancellation depending on the contract terms.

Return Conditions:

• There are no refunds for completed and delivered custom software projects.

• An assessment can only be made if the service included in the contract has not been delivered or if there is a serious defect.

• Licensed digital software is not subject to refund after activation.

🌐 3. Web Design & SEO Service Refund

• Since web design and SEO services fall within the scope of consultancy and integrated services, no refunds will be made for completed processes.

• If the service has not yet been started, a 100% refund is offered.

• For projects that have been started but not completed, the refund is applied partially after the labor and expenses incurred are deducted.

📦 4. Online Store Order Returns

• The rights of withdrawal and return determined by the Consumer Arbitration Committee are valid for ready-made hardware products purchased from our online store.

• You can return the purchased product within 14 days after receiving it.

• Products that have been opened, used, damaged or installed cannot be returned.

🧾 5. Refund Process

• Once the return is approved, the payment will be refunded to you within 5–10 business days.

• Payments are made via the payment method with which the product/service was purchased (debit/credit card, money order, etc.).
